Ratha Precision Design

Let me start by saying how well built and sturdy this tank mount is. The cuts and bends are perfect, the aluminum is high quality, and the assembly is completely flush. I looked into dozens of other options before coming across the RPD mount and after receiving and unboxing I can say this product lives up to its name. PRECISION DESIGN couldn't explain it any better. You can see the attention to detail immediately and the tolerances on each part are so tight it almost feels like a solid billet piece. SS hardware, multiple mounting locations, and even pre-drilled accessory mount holes. The quality is top notch and blows away the competition. Other guys in my crew run everything from American Adventure Labs, Al-Pro, FlameKing, and Exped Essentials...and while they are all good products, the RPG mount is in a different class.
Now the kicker...Ratha is obsessed with design and providing the best customer service I have come across. I always prefer buying from independent fabricators who do the design, cutting, manufacturing themselves because of the pride and quality that comes through in the work. During the design process I reached out inquiring about compatibility with other tanks. Ratha listened to the feedback, went out and bought different tanks, and within days had design improvements to account for any differences, making this mount truly universal. I have fit an ignik, flameking, and hitchfire tank in this with zero clearance issues and it holds them all perfectly tight. The bottom lip guard upgrade was a great improvement to an already best in class aesthetic. This mount is a head turner whether mounted on a spare tire, rear bumper, or ladder and hasn't budged through multiple adventures. do yourself a favor and stop looking, if you want THE BEST propane tank mount for your overland rig you have found it here from RPD

Im excited about my new propane mount from RPD because you can tell it's built with quality in mind. I appreciate the rubber trim on the inside on the mount that contacts the propane tank. The trim saves the tank from getting marred up. The latch is adjustable so you can add tension to keep the tank secure. The latch also has a spot for a lock so the tank can't grow legs and walk off. Im impressed with the ease of use with this tank mount compaired to the other mount I had. Thanks Ratha

These fingers have made it so much easier to square up my bends. Also was having problems calibrating my Backguage, so I contacted the guy that made these and he walked me through the calibration process and now I am all set up. Thanks Ratha

I’ve gotta say this the best is going to be a very useful cart. Plans were very easy to read and follow not to mention the video on YouTube so you could watch and follow along. I enjoyed building this cart even though I struggled with blow through since I’m not used to welding thin metals but that’s a user error nothing to do with the seller. 5 stars from.

If you can read a print this is an economical way to get that swing out tire carrier for $300! Ratha does a great job with the prints and he walks you through it on his YouTube channel. If you are a welder or machinist this project will be easy for you!

I'm thrilled someone actually made a DIY kit for a 2.5 receiver. Everything is typically just for the 2" options.
This piece is heavy duty, it has clean cuts and a nice design. I recommend it.

I purchased the backgage fingers for the Titan 25T, some 3D printed dimple die sets, and punch. All arrived very quickly, and although I haven't installed/used them yet, they all look like great quality tools.
